At AnyaParkerJames our goal is to be as responsive as possible, offering safe and secure shipping to all of our customers.

We currently offer delivery to: UK, US, Canada, Belgium, France, Germany, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia and Japan.

Please be aware that any additional charges and customs duties are at the customers expense and AnyaParkerJames cannot be held responsible for these.

Domestic (UK)

Currently we offer standard delivery at a price of £3 per order (subject to any offer such as free delivery, however this is not a given), we also offer 1st class delivery with prices outlined below.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed, orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent to the sorting office on the same day.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the sorting office to their destination. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

• Royal mail first class delivery is charged as follows: 0-1kg £4, 1.01-2kg is £5.50, 2kg+ is £16. This service takes 1-2 business days delivery time.

Europe

We offer tracked and signed delivery at a varied price shown below, this provides customers with safe and secure delivery.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed, orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent to the sorting office on the same day.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the sorting office to their destination. Delivery usually takes 6-8 business days. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

• Cost vary on weight and are as follows:

  0 to 0.1kg

  0.11 to 0.25kg

  £10.35

  0.26 to 0.50kg

  £14.30

  0.51 to 0.75kg

  0.76 to 1.00kg

  1.01 to 1.25kg

  £17.45 charged, however you will be contacted regarding any orders over 2kg regarding delivery charges

International (US)

• We have decided to introduce a fixed rate of £15 for shipping, unless your order weight is less than 100g.
